Getting Started is Simple:

Read the Kindness Pledge (put on screen if someone doesn’t have pledge) aloud together.
4. Practice Speaking Kind Words
Use the Kind Lips balm as a physical reminder during the “Speak Kind Words” activity.
No lip balm? No problem. The lessons are thoughtfully designed so every student can participate.
5. Lead a Group Discussion
Use the provided Discussion Questions to reflect on kindness, empathy, and self-love.
